From his early days as a touring musical director and entertainer, captivating audiences with his infectious energy and talent, to his tenure as General Manager and partner of Skye Fine Dining and Live Entertainment in Peoria, AZ, Terry's journey in the world of entertainment has been nothing short of extraordinary. In 2011, alongside his wife Anne Davies, Terry took a bold step by founding TAD Management, an endeavor that would revolutionize the tribute show industry. What began as an extension of their passion for creating unforgettable experiences, soon burgeoned into a powerhouse of entertainment, with iconic shows like AbbaFab captivating audiences worldwide. At the heart of Terry's leadership philosophy are values of positivity, transparency, and genuine care for everyone at TAD. His unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect has been instrumental in shaping TAD Management into a global entertainment juggernaut. Under Terry's astute guidance, TAD Management has flourished from its humble beginnings as a two-person operation in 2011 to an influential force in the entertainment industry. Despite his myriad responsibilities as CEO, Terry finds solace and joy in his "escape" - the two hours he shares on stage with his son, Nick, in Piano Men: Generations.
