About Katy Setterfield
Katy Setterfield has been in love with making music since she was 4 years old. Learning piano from a very early age, she decided to pursue a career as a musician long before she left school. Gigs at folk clubs in her early teens were well attended and she soon gained a reputation for her powerful and mature vocal prowess. That passion for making music has been a driving force throughout Katy’s career – a career that now thrills audiences around the world.
Katy is the winner of BBC TV’s prime-time show The One and Only, star of the hit West End show Respect La Diva, winner of the Las Vegas Choice Awards for her one woman show, and former lead in the UK stage production That’ll Be The Day.
She continues to perform her much loved, high-energy and award-winning show impersonating some of the greatest Divas in pop history – capturing their voices, mannerisms and costumes. Stars include: Dusty Springfield, Annie Lennox, Cher, Tina Turner, Bette Midler, Janis Joplin and Amy Winehouse.
Cruises offer a very welcome change of pace in Katy’s busy schedule and also give her the opportunity to travel, which is one of her greatest passions.
