About Ian Finkel
Ian Finkel is regarded as the world’s greatest xylophone virtuoso. He has appeared and written for such stars as Michael Feinstein, Ginger Rogers, Tito Puente, Larry Gatlin, and Madeline Kahn… among many others. Mr. Finkel has covered much ground in the music world. He has appeared on all major television stations, recorded for most record labels, and has successful concert tours in worldwide. Ian has collaborated with Phillip Glass and his works are performed by numerous orchestras. Ian has performed and written for many television shows, films, and live performances including: “Love Laffs” with Terri Garr, Martin Mull, Jerry Lewis Telethon, Woody Allen’s “Radio Days”, “Michael Feinstein on Broadway”, “Sid Caesar on Broadway”, “Second Avenue to Broadway” starring his father, Fyvush Finkel, “Rainbow Wars” (nominated for an Academy Award), “Songs from the Neighborhood” (Grammy Award), and “It’s Up to All Of U.S.” Mr. Finkel headlines on all cruise ship lines.
