Land + Sea — or just Sea. The structure is yours.

Most of our acts sign on for full representation — TAD handles their entire career across cruise lines, casinos, resorts, theatres, and corporate stages. One agency, one contact, everywhere the work happens. But if you already have a trusted land agent, TAD is also the strongest standalone cruise rep you'll find. We'll handle the ship side and leave your existing relationship untouched. Sign for both, or sign for just the sea. Your career, your structure.

Communication isn't a service tier. It's the whole service.

We built TAD around a simple belief: the agency's job is to be reachable. You get a direct line to a real person, a 24-hour reply window on anything that isn't a weekend, and regular career check-ins whether or not you're working that month. That's not a promise. That's how we operate.

We don't just book you. We package you.

Representation is more than making calls. TAD has a full in-house team for branding, photography, video editing, promotional copy, social assets, and one-sheets. When a buyer gets a TAD submission, they see a professional product — and professional products get rebooked. Your reel, your photos, your press kit: all of it our job, not yours.

Regular Check-Ins

A real call with a real person at TAD on a regular cadence — whether you're working that month or not. We talk about what's next, what's working, and what to refine. You always know where your career stands with us.

24-Hour Reply Window

On any question that isn't a weekend. When you need an answer, you get one. If the answer takes longer to put together, you still get a reply within the day telling you when to expect it.

Always-Current Marketing

We keep a constant eye on your online presence and marketing material — reels, photos, bios, press kits, social assets, website — to make sure it reflects where your career is now, not where it was. When anything starts to feel dated, our in-house creative team rebuilds it, at no extra cost to you. Whether you're playing a cruise ship, a casino, or a corporate ballroom, your public face stays sharp.

Smart Tour Routing

We plan your dates like your schedule is a human one — because it is. Routing that respects your life, your rest days, and your travel realities is the difference between a sustainable career and a burnout season.

Venue Advocacy

TAD was founded in 2006 as a Phoenix production house and grew into a global entertainment agency with offices in Arizona, Florida, New England, UK and Dubai. Our acts play the world's biggest cruise lines, the country's top casinos, and the kinds of theatres and corporate stages that book on reputation alone. You'd be in good company.

Yes. We regularly speak with acts who are exploring their options. Tell us about your current situation — we'll be honest about whether the timing is right. Confidentiality is a given; nothing you share with us leaves the room.
No. TAD is built for acts who work cruise, land, or both. About half our roster works both sides; the rest work one side seriously. We'll meet you where you are — and if your career grows into the other side, we grow with you.
We book internationally and have offices in London and Dubai in addition to the United States. Our roster works in 70+ countries. Apply from wherever you are — nationality isn't a filter, the work is.
The TAD team reviews all submissions every couple of weeks. If you are successful, a member of the team will reach out to you.
We're selective. We'd rather represent fewer acts well than more acts casually — that's how we can make the commitments above. Apply; we'll tell you honestly if there's a fit today, a fit tomorrow, or no fit at all.
